If only more service companies operated like this! The price was right and the work was performed on time. Communication was good and we were happy with the results.

We were introduced to NGI due to a sinkhole and the entire team was great to work with. We initially thought additional exploration work would be necessary to find the source of the issue but when the NGI crew located the problem quickly, they revised the quote to be far less than expected. It's hard to find reliable, responsive plumbers that are reasonably priced and we will be contacting NGI for any plumbing needs moving forward!

Had a sewer break just outside of the house. These guys came and rescued me with a "trench less" repair. Jackhammered through the basement floor to correct the line.

NGI came out to my home to give me a quote for a problem I was having with my home which could potentially be a pipe lining job. I was having a partial flow issue from my home to the Main Sewer line. After doing an assessment of the problem I had, it was determined that I did not really need their services and that their pipe lining service was not the right solution to my problem. I had problems outside of pipe lining. The technicians were so friendly and Austin in particular gave me his insight on the apparent problem. 

NGI was the only company I found who was knowledgeable enough and had the technology to correctly diagnose and repair my drain line. The team was great onsite and completed the repairs within a day. Highly recommend!

I had Stephen Hyson and North Georgia Inliners come out to inspect my plumbing as I had toilets that were backed up in my building. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem (full septic tank) and even set me up with another company to have the tank pumped. North Georgia Inliners saved the day for us. We had old cast iron sewer pipes that would have required jack hammering out a huge portion of our foundation in our finished basement. Instead, we now have good as new lined sewer pipes that we will not have to worry about. They were able to come and do our rather large job very quickly and we are thrilled that they saved us from having to demo our finished basement. Staff is very knowledgeable and their technology is top notch. You can actually tell what you are seeing when they run their cameras through the pipes. Very grateful to have found this service.

Steve even waived the fee for videoing my sewer line since I already had a video. Cosmin was courteous and took the time to explain the trenchless process and all that it entailed. I would definitely recommend NGI for anyone considering trenchless sewer repair.

Their CIPP sewer repair process saved digging up our yard like other plumbing companies. No digging was required at all - had tree roots that were recurring. Would highly recommend…

If you happen to need a sewer line repair, look not further than North Georgia Inliners! I had to have a repair made to our sewer lateral. the line is 10 - 15 FEET under ground, and if I hadn't used North Georgia Inliners, I'd have had to get a company to dig up the front yard to repair the line. That would have destroyed driveway, sidewalk, lawn, and landscaping.

which was perfect because the job required it! They were all very polite, hard working, and paid meticulous attention to ensuring the lines were completely clean before leaving. I was able to see the proof on the amazing camera technology they used. They even mopped up after themselves! They also arrived on time and worked through lunch. They filled a 5 gallon bucket full of coins and other stuff people left in their laundry over who knows how many years of accumulation. They will be the only company I call again for this service in the future!

Price was acceptable with no unexpected up charges. Will use again.

the source of the problem is analyzed in great detail …pictures and schematics….then methods of fixing the problem is discussed and what price levels you can choose to get the most of your bang for your dollar. And believe me, I consulted with at least 3 other companies before I got on board with Georgia Inliners!!
