The different kinds of sewer pipe lining services we offer include internal pipe coating, cured-place piping, pull-in place, and pipe bursting.
Cured-Place Piping (CIPP)
CIPP pipe lining is a method we apply when restoring trenchless relining systems. Our professional pipelining team utilizes specialized equipment to remotely line the section of the pipe having a problem without digging a trench. Once the liner is added, it is cured using a spray of hot steam and penetrates all fractures of your pipe.
Pull-in Place
Most pipe lining companies, including ours, prefer this technique, especially when lining pipes with huge gaps and fractures. We use an epoxy-resin liner, which is secured onto the pipe’s surface using heat. A liner is then inserted from one end and comes out from the other end to reinforce your piping system.
Pipe Bursting
We use this sewer pipe lining method when there is a need for a new pipeline system. We begin the process by inserting a bursting head from one side of the pipe, and hydraulic equipment exerts pressure that pushes the head. While it moves forward, it smashes the worn-out pipe and installs a new pipe from the rear end.
Internal Pipe Coating
We use this technique to repair existing cast iron pipe linings that have leaks. We start by draining the pipe and drying it. After that, we spray a thickened epoxy coating on the interior of your pipes to seal any fractures to stop leaks dead in their tracks.
