Whether you’re a residential or commercial customer, you’ve come to the right company. With locations across the state of Georgia, North Georgia Inliner has the training and the technology to fix your plumbing issues without disruptions to your schedule. We’re fully licensed and a part of NASSCO - the Nation Association of Sewer Service Companies.
We’re here to help, especially if you’re in the following locations:
Do any of these problems sound familiar to you?
- Gurgling noises coming from your pipes or drains
- Lingering, foul odors in basements, bathrooms, kitchens, or laundry areas
- Toilets, showers, or sinks that chronically experience issues like backups, overflows, or clogs
- Slow or stagnant drains
- Low water pressure throughout the home or business
If so, then you need to get your drains looked at, cleaned, and possibly lined. Luckily, North Georgia Inliner is here for you. We want you to feel like your problems are our problems, and we want to help you fix them. We recognize that most piping systems don’t get the attention they deserve, largely because they’re underground and can tolerate years of use without disruption to proper service.
This is especially true of older homes or business properties. If your pipes haven’t been repaired, replaced, or inspected in over a year, then you need to call us pretty soon. Regular maintenance is an important part of keeping your plumbing running smoothly. Regular maintenance can help extend the lifespan of your plumbing, fixtures, and pipes perhaps by decades.
Plumbing is an essential part of your home or business, and its ability to function is essential. If you experience frequent problems with your plumbing, like drains clogging, this could be a sign of a bigger problem, like a tree root invasion or a large clog. If the drains clog occasionally but you can usually flush them out, this may be a smaller clog like a buildup of grease from the kitchen, or hair and soap scum from the bathroom. Small clogs can develop into big ones fairly quickly.
The easiest solution may seem to be simply ignoring the problem or using a do it yourself chemical solution. However, this is a temporary fix and may cause more damage. Some pipe materials, like copper or cast-iron, are sensitive to chemicals. Chemical cleaners can corrode and erode your pipes, causing major leaks, cracks, and large damages.
What kind of drain cleaning services does North Georgia Inliner offer?Primarily, we offer two kinds of drain cleaning services.
- Solves localized problems
- Best used for small clogs
- Good for clogs from hair, bathrooms, soap scum, or small shrub and tree roots
- Solves localized and widespread problems
- Can be used for small and large clogs
- Good for all kinds of clogs
- Great for small to medium tree root invasions; stubborn kitchen-related clogs like a buildup of- - grease or fats; other persistent forms of clogs
Prior to any drain cleaning services, we will perform a camera inspection. These inspections are a necessary step in determining which service will suit you best. Hydro-jetting is more eco-friendly than rooting and is more effective, but it’s slightly more labor-intensive and may take a little longer. Rooting suits a particular set of needs, like small clogs or localized problems, but in some cases, it’s the perfect answer.
Rooting is a more traditional method of drain cleaning. It uses a mechanical wire brush. This brush, which resembles a snake (hence the nickname, snaking) is inserted into your pipes. It then spins, catching any debris in its wires, and is then carefully removed. The pipe is inspected, to ensure it’s cleanliness, and then your water is turned back on. This removes all clogs in the localized area of the original clog.
Hydro-jetting is one of many trenchless services available to you, accessible via North Georgia Inliner. Hydro-jetting is the use of hot, highly pressurized water through a secured hose and nozzle to clear any and all clogs. This process is slightly more eco-friendly than snaking since it only uses water, which your pipes are used to handling. It also saves you money and time because a second inspection isn’t necessary.
What if the drain cleaning service reveals a bigger problem?
North Georgia Inliner is capable of handling any plumbing problem. We can diagnose, treat, repair, remove, or replace anything you need in your residential or commercial property or building. Since we rely on trenchless technologies and equipment, we’ll be out of your way in no time. Our capable, highly-trained team of plumbing technicians are always happy to speak with you about alternative solutions. Here are a few quick descriptions of what we do.
Camera inspections are a great tool for any plumbing technician. Here at North Georgia Inliner, we utilize them prior to any job being completed, and they’re a part of our quote.
Camera inspections are a relatively simple process. A plumbing technician inserts a flexible rod, with an HD, waterproof camera attached, into your pipes. That camera sends a live feed of either video or pictures to a portable device- tablets, phones, or computers are all portable and accessible by a plumbing technician.
This live feed information is then recorded and copied onto another device, for your future records and needs. It’s also viewed by the plumbing technician attending to your job, to help diagnose and actively survey the problem. These inspections don’t leave any room for confusion or misdiagnosis- since it’s a live feed, the information is accurate and up to date, and that means you can be reassured that there are no hidden intentions when North Georgia Inliner offers a quote for a job.
Trenchless Sewer Pipe Repair
Back in 1998, a few plumbers got together, had a nice chat, and decided to change the way the entire industry functioned. Rather than the traditional, dig, and repair method, they thought up a few ways to save thousands of dollars, use new equipment, and utilize some new tools.
They called this new thought process “trenchless”. Because it doesn’t require the digging of a trench the length, depth, and width of the pipe in question, it’s a fitting name. Trenchless repairs, replacements, or inspections only require one or two, pre-existing, entry points to your pipes. This may mean a storm drain, vent, tub drain, toilet, or something else.
One of these trenchless technologies is cured in place piping, or creating a “pipe within a pipe”. You may be asking yourself, how does one do that? Simple. Epoxy. With a unique mixture of epoxy resin and the right temperature, a plumbing technician can patch up anything. That includes sewer lines, drain lines, roof drains, and more. The epoxy takes a few hours to cure. It totally seals any cracks, joints, displacements, or internal/external damages. It prevents corrosion/erosion. It’s a magical mystery tool that adds 50 years of life expectancy to a piping system.
Trenchless pipe repairs also take much less time. On average, a trenchless repair takes one day; two, if the weather is bad - but let’s face it, the weather here in Atlanta is pretty great most days.
Roof Drain Lining
Roof drain lining uses the same epoxy resin curing system that sewer systems do. That means that you have the same added fifty years, the same satisfaction promise, and the same level of security and strength in the roof lining as you do in your pipes.
There’s no better company to install your lining solutions than North Georgia Inliner. We understand that a variety of properties need roof drain lining solutions; professional, commercial, medical, and renting/owning businesses and operations all need functional roof drains in order to go about their business properly.
In terms of multi-story apartment communities, condo rentals, or other multi-tenant situations, functional roof drains are a necessary part of the functionality and comfortable living. Leaking roof drains, improperly draining roof drains, or otherwise damaged roof drains can cause discomfort, unhappiness, and annoyance for owners and tenants alike. That’s part of why we offer roof drain lining - to make both your life easier and the lives of those you rent to easier.
We’re always available to speak to you about your unique needs, your budget, time constraints, and other issues. We also understand that every problem is unique, which is why we’re open to discussing options with you.
We have information regarding the difference between the cost of traditional repairs (excavational method) and trenchless repairs (non-excavational/non-invasive). We will line almost anything and have an interest in expanding our market, so please feel free to come to us with concerns, comments, or questions regarding the state of your plumbing.
At North Georgia Inliner, we pride ourselves on being a time-saving, money-saving, and energy-efficient company. That, truly, is why we invested in trenchless technologies, including the ones involved with drain cleaning.
It may seem virtually impossible to keep track of such a deeply underground system. Maintenance, on an underground system, may seem null and void when your plumbing is over forty years old. In older homes, it can be challenging to know if your plumbing is slow because it’s old, or if it’s slow because it’s clogged. Both may be true; neither may be true; one or the other may be true. The only way to know for sure is, first, get a video inspection done, and then begin the process of finding a solution for your sluggish drains.
As an expert drain cleaning company in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas, North Georgia Inliner can offer you efficient and effective solutions, tailored to your needs. Drain line cleaning, repairs, and lining can all maximize the capacity of your pipes. It can add years of functionality to your pipes, and if you have cast-iron or copper pipes, it can cut down on the amount of corrosion on the inside of your pipes, creating a wider space for waste and sewer water to flow.
